Bio-Mas Gasfication Energy.
Biomas Gasification is conversion of solid (i.e wood/ wood waste, coconut shell, rice husk, agricultural residues
etc) into combustile gas mixture normally called "Producer Gas" or Low Btu Gas.
The gasfier is essentially a thermo-chemical reactor where various complex physical and chemical processes take place.
Biomass gets dried, heated, pyrolyzed, partially oxidized and reduced in this reactor as it flows through it.
The Biomas Gasifier Systems can save a large quantities of diesel oil, fuel and other petroleum products. Some example,by
operating a biomass gasifier with only 120 kg of risk husk, or 96 kg of wood, we can saving up to 24 liters of diesel fuel
per hour.
The BioMass Gasification Medium-Size equipment can produce up to 1, 2 or 3 Mwatt energy depends on the energy demand
and the available local solid waste. The equipment relatively short period to install. The less output capacity
of 3Kwatt, 10Kwatt, 100KWatt, 250KWatt is ideal for the use at the small-medium production facility where the agriculture
waste is available in the surrounding area.
